HOW TO HUNT WILD TURKEY IN THE FALL

Give'em the sounds of two jakes fighting. When people hear a fight going on they run over t watch. Gobblers are no different.

It works best if you know where a flock of gobblers roosted. Go easly the next morning and pick a spot about 100 yards uphill from the roost area. Listen for the birds to fly down. Give them a few minutes on the ground before you start your fighting calls.

Gobblers usually feed uphill from their roost in the morning. If you're located near where they're planning to go anyway there's a good chance they'll run to watch the fight they hear happening up ahead.
